Rice, Sullivan + Co. is pleased to announce that we are doing our part to create a green environment in our workplace and for our clients. To that end, we are offering clients free access to Rice, Sullivan + Co.’s online client portal – where you can house various documents for easy access.

Our Business Matters newsletter is comprised of important and informative articles related to businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals. The articles cover a broad range of topics from retirement to new accounting laws and regulations. Each newsletter is sent by email every eight weeks.

About Our “Green” Portal

Rice, Sullivan + Co.’s client portal is a fast and easy way to access your various documents, such as tax returns, online. Each personalized portal serves as an electronic filing cabinet enabling you to view your W-2, 1099 or tax returns filed by Rice, Sullivan + Co. and other documents as deemed necessary. Your client organizer can be accessed via the portal as well. The electronic organizer allows you to complete and send your organizer to us online along with all your supporting documents. The client portal offers convenience and high-level security through encrypted internet access.

To access your client portal, please send your email address to Mark Maxim at mamaxim@rsco.net. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to access your account. For your convenience, we will also provide you with paper copies of your individual income tax return at your request.

Confidential Information

In an effort to continue to keep our clients’ confidential data private, we will no longer email client data requests. All data requests will be handled through your individual secure client portal.
